New this year: Yukon Prize Information Sessions
Applying for an art prize can come with a lot of questions, so this year, we’re making space to answer them.
For the first time, the Yukon Prize is hosting information sessions for artists interested in applying for the 2027 Yukon Prize for Visual Arts. These free sessions are an opportunity to learn more about the prize, hear about the application process, and ask questions before you apply.
We’ll be hosting one session in person and one online:
In person
- September 21 at 12:15 PM
- Whitehorse Public Library, Side One Fireweed Room
Online
- October 5 at 7:00 PM
- Zoom. Link to be sent with registration.
Take professional photos of your artwork
Free photography sessions will be held in Whitehorse and Dawson City in October.
Information and registration will be shared on Facebook, Instagram, our newsletter and ArtsNet.
